A Wonderful stay
warm welcome amazing help
The staff offered a warm welcome. Kara was very patient assisting with many requests and deserves praise for her amazing help. It is a find and I plan to return on my next trip (hopefully soon!).
The bathroom fittings need some maintenance. There was very little water pressure during showers making it hard to wash comfortably. The shower definitely needs updating.

The hotel provides a twenty-four hour reception desk. The staff is always available to answer questions. The front desk provides support after 11pm eliminating the need for codes.

The staff members were friendly and also helpful. One employee helped me with my luggage. Sarah was cute. She carried suitcases up two flights of stairs.

The staff was helpful. They provided directions. They also assisted with luggage storage after checkout. The location worked well with easy access to the underground. I appreciated the proximity to various shops and food options nearby.
The bathroom fan made quite a bit of noise,. It could use maintenance.
